Nobuhiko
SUZUKI was born in 1969 in Kanagawa.
In 1994, he graduated from Zokei University Tokyo in the field
of sculpture. Like a child he is impressed by small shiny objects
and started to especially collect old pieces of glass that he
found in different places. This passion for glittery objects
is reflected in his art. His works are mainly made from glass.
Some of the pieces can be seen as highly tasteful selected and
arranged showcases where the viewer can make the unique experience
to find himself lost back in the time of his own childhood on
the search for unique treasures. The imitation of the surface
of glittering water in different colors is another main theme
of his art. He is an international-oriented artist who also
takes part at workshops in Thailand and Brazil.
